Windstream Holdings Inc.'s board of directors again declared a 25-cent-per-share quarterly dividend Wednesday.
The dividend on company's common stock has been consistent since November 2006. This dividend will be payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 31.
Windstream Holdings Inc. is the parent company of Little Rock-based Windstream Corp. and its subsidiaries.
