DOVER — Authorities say one man is dead and another is charged with first-degree murder in a Pope County shooting.
Sheriff Aaron DuVall says deputies were called to an address in Dover at about 9 a.m. Saturday.
The Russellville Courier says officials identified the victim as 30-year-old Josh Garner of Faulkner County.
Duvall says two people were taken into custody, with one of them charged in the killing. The sheriff didn't release names of the people who were held. He says the investigation is continuing.
