The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has lifted a smallcraft advisory for the Arkansas River from Russellville downstream.
The agency issued the advisory Monday.
Advisories are issued when flows reach 70,000 cubic feet per second. Although flows have receded below that threshold, Corps officials urge boaters to always use caution when on the river, the agency said in a news release Friday.
