• Marvin Emir Barrientos, 24, of 1206 Mimosa Circle in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with three misdemeanor counts of failure to appear, revoke of a suspended sentence or probation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a firearm, felony defacing of a firearm. On those counts Barrientos was being held on $9,500 bond. No bond had been set for two counts of felony failure to appear and delivery of a controlled substance. Barrientos was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail.

• Ernest Lee Butcher, 26, of 708 Wood St. in Pea Ridge, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a felony parole violation. Butcher was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Joseph A. Giddings, 45, of HC 79 Box 13 in Washburn, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with distributing, possessing or viewing sexually explicit content. Giddings was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rebecca Marie Hubbard, 52, of 11505 Windy Hill Road in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. Hubbard was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

• Mickey Tyler McNair, 35, of 14910 Esculapia Hollow in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. McNair was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Justin Lee Robertson, 24, of 14479 It'll Do Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battery and two felony counts of aggravated assault. Robertson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Derrick Donell Williamson, 36, of 2883 Susan Carrol in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Williamson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christopher Foster, 45, 1902 No. 18 Theodore St. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering of a vehicle and theft of property. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

• Angel Leroy Lee, 27, of 714 S. 24th St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Lee was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Shawn Brooks, 20, of 16762 Dogwood Valley in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with two first-degree counts of battery. Brooks was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Randy Whittenburg, 28, 4071 Brighten Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Wednesday.

• Randell Husley, 32, 836 S. Cherry Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of property. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Wednesday.

Rogers

• A 23-year-old man was hospitalized with abrasions to his face and knees after he was hit by a car near 2880 W. Walnut Street at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday. Four callers told police about the accident between a Chevrolet Silverado pickup and the pedestrian, including a woman who told dispatchers the man walked into the street and she hit the brakes but it was too late to avoid hitting him.

• Rogers firefighters assisted Cave Springs with a chimney fire at 722. E. Lowell Ave. at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday.

• Assault was reported near Centerton Boulevard and Tater Black Road at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday.

• A drunk driver was reported near Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard and Southwest Morning Star Road at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday.

• Assault was reported at 2801 Walker St. at 5:32 p.m. Tuesday.

• A man told police a man with a bat chased and hit him at 6:29 a.m. Wednesday at 4048 N. Cadillac Drive, Apt. 9. The man was taken to the hospital with a possible broken arm, according to dispatch records. No further information was available Wednesday.

• Theft was reported at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday at 1005 S. School Ave., Apt. 303.

• Theft was reported at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Walmart Supercenter, located at 3919 N. Mall Ave.

• Theft was reported at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at 1758 N. Shamblin Ave., Apt. D.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 1202 S. 13th St. at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday.

• Theft was reported at 1806 S. Eighth St. at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday.

• A man claiming another person threatened him with a gun ran into Arvest Bank, 1801 W. Walnut, at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday. The man said he had jumped out of a truck.

• Breaking and entering was reported from a metal garage at 2002 S. Dixieland Road at 5:34 p.m. Tuesday.

• A 6-year-old was bit by a poodle near 1204 S. Third St. Officers were called to the emergency room at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday regarding the incident.

• Theft was reported at 9:05 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart, 2004 S. Pleasant St.

• Attempted burglary was reported at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday at 1601 Oriole St.
