A Perryville man won $100,000 in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, lottery officials announced Tuesday.
Gary Tucker won the prize on a non-winning instant ticket when he entered it into the Play it Again second chance drawing online.
Tucker purchased the "Joker's Wild" instant game ticket at Doublebee's at 209 S. Fourche Ave, in Perryville.
Tucker said he plans to invest his winnings.
