An early-morning shooting Sunday in North Little Rock left one man dead and another injured.
North Little Rock Police officers responded at 1:51 a.m. Sunday to a report of gunshots at 1434 Rockwater Lane.
Officers found two men lying on the ground in the driveway. One man had a gunshot wound and the other was bleeding profusely from the face and head, according to a news release from North Little Rock police spokesman Shana Cobbs. The release did not say how the second man was injured.
Beau Abrams, 37, of Little Rock died at the scene from a gunshot wound. Police are withholding the name of the second victim, who was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
Cobbs said late Sunday that the investigation is ongoing and no arrests had been made.
