Ex-Jonesboro church worker charged in video voyeurism, child porn case

A former Jonesboro church employee faces charges of video voyeurism and distributing/possessing/viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, Prosecuting Attorney for the Second Judicial District of Arkansas Scott Ellington said in a statement Thursday.

Ellington’s office filed the charges Thursday against Anthony Waller, 39, who was an employee of First Assembly of God Church in Jonesboro during his arrest.

The charges include a separate count for each incident of video voyeurism, the statement said, though the total number of incidents was not immediately clear.
