A Little Rock man led Arkansas State Police on a chase early Sunday morning in a stolen water tanker, according to a police report.
The driver drove away on South Wakefield Drive in Little Rock as police tried to stop him, and the truck crossed over to the opposite side of the road, the report said.
Roberto Heredia, 19, was arrested on suspicion of theft of property, a felony, as well as reckless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving without a license and fleeing in a vehicle.
