A Clarksville teenager was killed Tuesday morning in Johnson County when he lost control of his vehicle, according to a state police report.
Todd Smith, 19, was driving a 2003 GMC Envoy northbound along Arkansas 103 in the Ozark National Forest when he lost control of the vehicle while navigating a curve. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree, killing Smith, according to the report.
Road conditions were reported as clear and dry at the time of the accident.
