Food Network's Kids BBQ Championship returns for a second season at 7 p.m. Monday with a new format, new co-host and fresh group of competitors. Former Arkansas Razorback and Food Network Star Season 11 winner Eddie Jackson will continue to co-host the show, this time with FNS Season 9 winner Damaris Phillips.
Each episode finds four young chefs entering the outdoor kitchen for two rounds of red-hot challenges. The most successful competitor wins $10,000. Cooking challenges include baby rack ribs, chuckwagon meals, bison and classic pork and beans.
Judges this season are Diva Q, Jess Pryles, Shannon Ambrosio, Roger Mooking, Kent Rollins and Michael Mixon.
