FINAL: Little Rock Christian takes Class 5A title 52-38 over Pulaski Academy

Little Rock Christian earned its first state championship with a 52-38 victory over four-time defending Class 5A state champion Pulaski Academy on Sunday afternoon at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.

Senior quarterback Justice Hill, the game’s MVP, accounted for 330 yards and 4 touchdowns, including 2 passing and 2 rushing. He completed 12 of 25 passes for 218 yards with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. On the ground, he had 112 yards and 2 touchdowns on 15 carries.

Junior wide receiver Chris Hightower caught 4 passes for 92 yards and 1 touchdown. Senior wide receiver MJ Loggins added 2 receptions for 56 yards and 1 touchdown and had eight tackles on defense for the Warriors.

Bruins junior quarterback Braden Bratcher finished 30-of-50 passing for 417 yards with 5 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. He also rushed for 114 yards on 25 carries.
