Wedding vows were exchanged by Ella Grace Thomas and John Patrick Rindahl at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Thomas Park Family Farm. Jon Schleuss, brother of the bride, officiated.

Parents of the bride are Vanessa and Thomas Russell of Little Rock and Jerry "Skip" Thomas Jr. of Mountain View. Her grandparents are Evelyn and Dr. Jerry Thomas of Little Rock and Martha Brown and Joyce and Vance Brown, all of Jonesboro.

The groom is the son of Nancy and Martin Rindahl of Little Rock and the grandson of Betty and the late Lt. Col John Hennelly and the late Francis Pack.

Seating for the outdoor ceremony was antique church pews borrowed from the church the bride's maternal grandmother and great-grandmother attended as children. An oak tree held a floral installment of burgundy ranunculus, red hanging amaranthus, roses, silver dollar eucalyptus and dahlias. Nuptial music was by Katmandu.

The bride wore a long-sleeve lace sheath with a low back and chapel train. She carried a bouquet of burgundy dahlias, astilbe and mauve and cream roses.

Bridesmaids were Mary Logan Thomas of Lafayette, La., and Kathryn Thomas Munna of Covington, La., sisters of the bride; Lauren Powers and Isabelle Rindahl, sister of the groom, both of Conway; Helena Abad of Little Rock; and Claire Kane of Asheville, N.C.

Groomsmen were Andrew Rindahl of Little Rock, brother of the groom; Gabriel Lodge of Allentown, Pa.; Matthew Tully of Washington; Jacob Straessle of Memphis; and Tate McKay of Richmond, Va. Honorary groomsman was Scott Diaz of Little Rock.

A reception -- also at the farm -- was held after the ceremony. Guest tables held arrangements of burgundy wedding flowers. Music was again provided by Katmandu.

The bride graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in visual media studies from Hendrix College, where she received the Ellis Arnold Award for Outstanding Campus Leadership. She is a marketing and sales representative for Global Payments.

The groom graduated cum laude from Hendrix with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in chemistry. He is a teaching resident for KIPP New Orleans and is pursuing a master's degree in education and curriculum.

The couple will live in New Orleans after a brief honeymoon in Utah and plan a wedding trip to Europe in the summer.
