Peter Gilbreth, 50, of Joplin, Mo., arrested last month after a Prairie State Park ranger reported finding him naked and hiding under a desk in an office, was charged in another incident at a different park, with authorities saying he stole a work truck, emerged from it wearing only shoes and tried to get into a bathroom as a woman prepared the facility for a school field trip.

Pamela Oestreich, 59, who resigned in March from her post as county collector in Callaway County, Mo., pleaded guilty to embezzling about $300,000 in taxpayer funds after taking money for personal use on more than 100 occasions starting in September 2015.
