A few months back, Stormy Daniels was a recurring topic on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, as was her lawyer Michael Avenatti. Those who longed for President Trump to be yanked out of the White House cheered Mr. Avenatti as a hero, the fashionable lawyer with the silver bullet.

Now that "hero" is indicted, and he may just be a crook.

A new indictment reveals he's accused of fraud, embezzlement and more, according to The Los Angeles Times: "In a sweeping expansion of the criminal charges against Michael Avenatti, a federal grand jury has indicted the Los Angeles lawyer on 36 counts of fraud, perjury, failure to pay taxes, embezzlement and other financial crimes. Avenatti stole millions of dollars from five clients and used a tangled web of shell companies and bank accounts to cover up the theft, the Santa Ana grand jury alleged in an indictment that prosecutors [made] public Thursday."

It'd be hard to run for president if you're convicted of a felony. It seems those dreams of this particular porn-star lawyer unseating Donald Trump are out of reach. For some of us, we're just glad his 15 minutes are over and done with.

He sure was a heartthrob on the left for a fleeting moment, though! The enemedia couldn't get enough of him.
Whom Trump would destroy, he first makes proud.
And, Comey, Brennan, McCabe, Strzok and his side piece Page sure seem awfully humble these days. It's almost like they've lawyered up...

Just because she choose her lawyer poorly, does not mean Stormy Daniels (or Karen McDougal) were lying about Donald Trump's blatant infidelity. It would not surprise me if his prenup with Melania has a clause where he can be unfaithful as he wants, and she has to stay about suspicion. The actual quote is about "gods" destroying a man by first making him proud. When the truth comes out, Trump will be a classic example, especially since some on the Right claim he is a GOD sent savior.

The Dems were swooning over the creepy porn lawyer as a presidential candidate, that says volumes about the party's character and moral compass or lack thereof. The campaign ads against the Dems in 2020 are going to be priceless and very entertaining.
