Rotary Club 99 of Little Rock welcomed college students Jonas Sidabras and Kasparas Kesylis to the United States at an Aug. 6 reception at Rockwater Marina in North Little Rock.
The men, both from Lithuania, are participating in the Ottenheimer International Young Adult Program and will spend 25 days in Arkansas before traveling to Washington for a three-day visit. This year marks the 70th year that Club 99 has hosted international students.
Lisa Farrell and Jim Jackson hosted the reception at their marina on the Arkansas River.
Sidabras is a medical student at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany. Kesylis is studying industrial technology management undergraduate student at ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Both men are from Vilnius.
