Ricardo Santana and Steve Asmussen teamed up to win four races, moving Santana back in front in the jockey standings with 21 victories in 87 starts and extending Asmussen's lead in the trainer standings to 16 victories in 71 starts. The duo teamed up to win the second race with New York Central ($5.00, $3.80 and $2.60), who covered 6 furlongs in 1:09.85; the fifth race with Laughing Fox ($17.60, $7.20 and $4.40), who covered 1 1/16 miles in 1:44.08; the sixth race with Comedian ($11.60, $5.80 and $3.20), who covered 1 mile in 1:38.31; and the Bayakoa Stakes with She's A Julie ($4.80, $3.40 and $2.60), who covered 1 1/16 miles in 1:43.55.
Trainer Todd Pletcher won his first two races of the year at Oaklawn. He won the third race with Intrepid Heart ($3.80, $3.00 and $3.00), covering 1 mile in 1:38.08, and the Razorback Handicap with Coal Front ($4.60, $4.00 and $3.20).

Multiple stakes winner Cosmic Burst returned to trainer Donnie K. Von Hemel on Saturday after a winter freshening. Cosmic Burst won the $200,000 Honeybee Stakes for 3-year-old fillies last year at Oaklawn, and Von Hemel said he hopes to run her at the end of the meeting. ... Owner Alex Lieblong said Saturday afternoon that he has privately purchased Bye Bye J, runner-up in the $150,000 Forward Gal Stakes on Feb. 2 at Gulfstream Park. The 3-year-old Arkansas-bred filly is now at Oaklawn with trainer Ron Moquett of Hot Springs. Lieblong is chairman of the Arkansas Racing Commission. ... Oaklawn surpassed $2 million in claims Saturday, the 13th day of the scheduled 57-day meeting. Overall, 135 claims have totaled $2,032,000.
