Mary and Thomas Wayne Bolton of Hot Springs will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday with a reception at Champion Christian College in Hot Springs. The couple were married July 19, 1969. She is the former Mary Pearl Wilkerson and a retired administrative assistant. He is a retired educator and minister of music. They are the parents of Bryan Bolton of Pine Bluff and have two grandchildren.
Sharon and Edwin Hankins III of Mayflower celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 6 with a family trip to Fairfield Bay on Greers Ferry Lake. The couple were married July 12, 1969. She is the former Sharon Royston and retired from CARTI. He is a retired ophthalmologist. They are the parents of Jennifer Slump of McComb, Miss., Amy H. Blanz of Fayetteville and Edwin Hankins IV of Little Rock. They have eight grandchildren.
