Apartment complex coming to Springdale

The Lindsey and George families are partnering for a 468-unit apartment complex at the northeast corner of Watkins Avenue and 64th Street in Springdale. Construction will begin this summer.

Trails at the Crossings will be directly across from the Northwest Arkansas Community College -- which is under construction.

Fayetteville-based Lindsey Management Co. Inc. will manage the apartment complex, which will feature three-story buildings. Building exteriors will have varied roof lines, brick and stone. There will also be a few garages available.

The development will also have a clubhouse with a business center, fitness center and game room; swimming pool; dog park; walking trail; and complimentary access to the 9-hole golf course at the Links at Springdale on South 40th Street.

The Trails at the Crossings plans to have first units available in spring 2020.
