Noncritical violations: The back door was propped open to help the pilot light stay lit. A hot holding unit was leaking. The rack below the front counter has an accumulation of trash, water is pooling under the food packaging line and in the ice machine area, repeat violation; the chicken cooking area, chicken cooler and the cooler for ready-to-eat foods need cleaning.
