Portrait Procedure Exhibit
RUSSELLVILLE — Arkansas Tech University’ Norman Hall Art Gallery, 203 W. Q St., is offering Portrait Procedure: Works on Paper, a show featuring the work of John Harlan Norris. Ozark Perspectives Art Exhibit
