Food Network is getting into the spirit with a variety of programming dedicated to Halloween. The shows feature everything from expert pumpkin carvers and sugar artists to creative bakers, all with extraordinary skills and imaginations to entertain and delight.

The shows include:

Halloween Baking Championship returns at 8 p.m. Monday. Host John Henson is joined by judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Katie Lee as eight talented bakers show off their skills over six episodes with challenges ranging from skeleton desserts to monster madness. The winner gets $25,000 and a feature in Food Network Magazine.

• Halloween Cake-Off premieres at 9 p.m. Monday with Duff Goldman as host. In the show, four professional bakers compete in unconventional baking and design challenges, from haunted and cursed cakes to dead and living creations. Along with Goldman, the judges also include Dan Langan and Waylynn Lucas, and the winner gets $10,000.

Road to Halloween Wars returns at 7 p.m. Sept. 29. It gives viewers a look at the new batch of pumpkin carvers, cake and sugar artists, and a sugar master. The premiere of the new season of Halloween Wars follows at 8 with host Jonathan Bennett and judges Shinmin Li and Todd Tucker, along with a rotating panel of celebrity guest judges that includes Elvira: Mistress of the Dark!, Colman Domingo (Fear the Walking Dead), Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Jackson Rathbone (Twilight Saga) and Harley Quinn Smith (Tusk). The last team standing wins $50,000.

Outrageous Pumpkins airs at 9 p.m. Sept. 29 and it is hosted by Casey Webb. Through three rounds of challenges the artists use carving and sculpting tools to execute intricate Halloween designs. The winner takes home $10,000.

Haunted Gingerbread Showdown returns at 9 p.m. Oct. 6. Host Clinton Kelly (What Not to Wear) welcomes nine gingerbread artists to face-off in spooky gingerbread displays. Jamika Pessoa, Gesine Prado and Jason Smith determine who will advance to the final battle to win $25,000 and a feature in Food Network Magazine.
