Critical violations: None

Noncritical violations: Customers were coming in without face masks and employees did not ask them to put a face mask on. Retail food permit on display has expired. Missing test strips for sanitizers.

139 N. Curtis Ave., Pea Ridge

Critical violations: None

Noncritical violations: Employee was assisting a customer at register without wearing a face covering or mask. A few customers did come into the establishment without face masks and were not asked by employees to put one on. All employees were wearing a face mask during the rest of the inspection. No test strips on site at time of inspection.

All In Quick Stop

2811 Bella Vista Way, Bella Vista

Critical violations: None

Noncritical violations: Missing thermometer in the juice cooler and in the San Luis Burrito cooler. Floor in kitchen prep area is missing pieces of tile, particularly the area in front of the oven where wood flooring underneath is exposed. Flooring of walk-in cooler is popping up exposing flooring material under the stainless steel.

Casa Chapina Restaurant

Critical violations: Employee took a customer order to the dining room and did not wash hands prior to returning to food preparation. Repeat violation. No paper towels at back handwashing sink. Repeat violation. Multiple food items at different stages of cooling sitting at room temperature and in the walk-in cooler. Repeat violation. Not all food at 41 degrees or below. Food sitting out at room temperature, some taken out to prepare orders, but not put back in the refrigerator. Not all food date marked as needed. Repeat violation. Multiple packages of meats, tripe, tilapia and imitation crab at room temperature thawing.

Noncritical violations: Unfinished wood shelves used for storage above food preparation area.

Critical violations: None

Noncritical violations: Employee lacks hair restraint. Buildup of food residue on inside of microwave beneath hot dog grill.
