• Steven Johnson, physician assistant, has joined MANA Urgent Care on College Avenue in Fayetteville.

• Kelly Hardin, nurse practitioner, has joined MANA Family Medicine on Thompson Street in Springdale. She is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

• Laura Williams has joined Northwest Arkansas Psychiatry as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has a master's of nursing science from the University for Medical Sciences. She works with individuals from childhood through adulthood.

• Donald S. Douglas, M.D., board certified in internal medicine, recently joined Siloam Springs Regional Hospital and is accepting patients at Siloam Springs Internal Medicine, 3721 U.S. 412, Suite A. He received his medical education at the University for Medical Sciences and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

• Tina Gabbard of Springdale has been named as the Arkansas market vice president for Cox Communications. She holds a bachelor's in marketing management from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

• Len Pitcock of Springdale has been named as the vice president of government affairs for the Central Region by Cox Communications. He has responsibility across Cox's six-state central region. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor of arts in political science.

• Kelly Madia recently joined Washington Regional Walker Heart Cardiovascular Clinic where she provides care to patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Madia earned a doctorate of nursing practice from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith.
