Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston is asking the Arkansas General Assembly to double the number of State Capitol Police officers to provide security to the Multi-Agency Complex and Arch Ford Education buildings west of the state Capitol and the Winthrop Rockefeller Building east of the state Capitol.
