North Little Rock Animal Shelter breaks ground on first renovation in decades

The North Little Rock Animal Shelter, which hasn't been renovated since the 1980s according to Mayor Terry Hartwick, broke ground on a project to add 900 square feet to the building and renovate the existing structure.
