The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System has more than $1.2 billion invested in three funds managed by New York-based investment manager BlackRock, and the three funds don't discriminate based against energy, fossil fuel, firearms or ammunition companies, system Executive Director Mark White told a legislative panel Monday.
