HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Fire Department had already decided it would take a defensive posture in the event of a fire at the vacant Majestic Hotel complex, Fire Chief Ed Davis recalled ahead of today's 10th anniversary of the fire at the hotel's "yellow brick" building.
