The Little Rock Zoo announced around 2 p.m. Sunday that it was closed for the rest of the day.
According to the announcement, the zoo will remain closed Monday and Tuesday due to the freezing temperatures "out of an abundance of caution and for the well-being of our guests, animals, and staff."
