An Interstate 30 off-ramp to Interstate 630 that carried 25,000 cars daily and 15,000 on weekends according to the last traffic count, will be closed over the weekend to allow for construction on the new I-30 bridge in Little Rock, the Arkansas Department of Transportation announced this week.
