Former Immanuel Baptist employee withdraws petition to seal his criminal case

A former Immanuel Baptist Church ministry employee who was accused of sexually abusing an elementary school-age child and received a suspended jail sentence as part of a plea agreement has withdrawn his petition to seal his court record.
