Arkansas Board of Corrections taps former state Sen. Eddie Joe Williams as interim secretary

The Arkansas Board of Corrections voted unanimously Wednesday to hire former state Sen. Eddie Joe Williams as the interim secretary of the Department of Corrections, which had been without a leader since the board fired Joe Profiri on Jan.
