Arkansas House of Representatives chief of staff will retire July 1

Roy Ragland, chief of staff for the Arkansas House of Representatives, will retire effective July 1, the Arkansas House announced Friday.

"It has been the honor of a lifetime serving the Arkansas General Assembly in this position," Ragland said in a news release.
