Robert Cook, rector of St. Andrew's Anglican Church in Little Rock, is the newest bishop in the Anglican Mission in America.
Six bishops were on hand for last week's consecration, including Masimango Katanda, archbishop emeritus of the Anglican Church of Congo and three others from Africa.
