Arkansas agriculture leaders stress need for new farm bill during Capitol Hill visit

WASHINGTON -- Months after the U.S. Congress was supposed to pass a new farm bill, the Arkansas Farm Bureau wants the Natural State's federal lawmakers to understand the importance of enacting legislation this year.
