Cotton, Crawford introduce legislation targeting Mexican steel imports

WASHINGTON -- Two members of Arkansas' congressional delegation are leading a legislative effort to reinstate tariffs against Mexican steel imports until Mexico adopts policies consistent with a 2019 understanding between the United States and Mexico on steel trade.
