A few months ago, as a patrolman, Little Rock police officer Nathan Lowman enjoyed the adrenaline rush from high-speed pursuits. Today, he's cruising through a quiet neighborhood to check in on an elderly woman with a floral couch and a firm belief that government agents are after her.
