State Department of Public Safety accepts counteroffer to purchase land for new state crime lab

The Arkansas Department of Public Safety has accepted a counteroffer to purchase land for construction of a new Arkansas State Crime Laboratory in North Little Rock, a spokeswoman for the department said Tuesday.
