Womack laments Congress’ budgeting delays as deadline nears for $1.2 trillion package

WASHINGTON -- As the U.S. Congress rushes to pass a $1.2 trillion spending package before midnight Friday, Rep. Steve Womack, R-Ark., is among the lawmakers voicing concern about the current appropriations process.
