LOWELL -- The Lowell City Council approved an $8.6 million sewer project at its meeting Tuesday night.
The lift station and sewer improvements project will extend sewer availability to undeveloped land on the west side of town and be a centralized sewage system, said Daniel Ellis, the city engineer.
