U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson will be the keynote speaker at the Clark County Republican Committee's Lincoln Day Dinner in Arkadelphia on Wednesday.
The event is a fundraiser for the Clark County Republican Committee at Henderson State University's Garrison Center.
