At the park in Little Rock's Walnut Valley neighborhood on Saturday, Mayor Frank Scott Jr. remarked on the unity and resilience he's seen from residents rebuilding from the tornado that struck the neighborhood as it tore through the city almost a year earlier, on March 31, 2023.
