George James Billings Jr., 83, of Hot Springs Village, Ark. died July 30, 2010. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Monsignor Bernard Malone as celebrant. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday at the church.
