James Willard Hickam, 73, of Wilmar, passed away Monday, August 2, 2010 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born October 24, 1936. Willard spent 25 years service with the U. S. Postal System, retiring October 2, 1992 and was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Charlie and Doris Hickam and was preceded in death by one sister, Carlene Peebles.
