Gladys Pearl Dennis Semora

Gladys Pearl Dennis Semora, age 95, of Sherwood, formerly of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Born September 24, 1914 in Calhoun County. She was a daughter of Joseph Dennis and Lizzie White Dennis. A member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Mrs. Semora worked along side her husband as a seamstress at O.W. Semora Upholstery for over 30 years. Mrs. Semora was preceded in death by her parents; four siblings, Walter, Raymond, Daisy and Rosie; a grandson, Raymond Semora Jr., and her husband of 56 years, Oscar Semora. She is survived by two sons, Oscar Semora, Jr. and wife Eleanor, and Raymond Semora and wife Chris; a daughter Barbara Semora; sister-in-law, Esther Seber; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends. Graveside services will be Monday, August 9, 2010, 9:30 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services of Pine Bluff. A Memorial Service will follow at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Little Rock at noon.
