Phyllis Ann Hall, 59, died August 11. Memorial service will be Sunday, August 15 at 2 p.m. at the Howard Memorial Chapel in Melbourne with Chuck Crow officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, August 14 from 6-8 p.m. Arrangements by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne, Arkansas.
