Annie Lorine "MiMi" Butler of North Little Rock, Arkansas died at Hospice Home Care of Little Rock on August 29, 2010. Born January 20, 1928 to the late Sydney and Rena Chrestman, she was raised with her brothers and sisters in the cotton farming community of Dyess, Arkansas. After graduation from high school in 1946, she went on to complete her business education at Draughn Business School in Little Rock. She took a position as secretary of Dyess High School, and was married to Johnnie "Delbert" Butler of Lepanto in February 1947. They were married for 38 years. She is survived by two daughters, B.J. Butler of North Little Rock, and Karen Hare of Greenbrier; three grandchildren, Jennifer Baker of Little Rock, Justin Rauch and his wife, Courtney, of Conway; and Clint Hare of Greenbrier; three great-grandchildren, Taylor Wilson, Cameron Rhodes, and Kailey Rauch; sisters, Embry Kindy and Iris Gattis; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert; three brothers, and one sister. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander. Arrangements are by Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501) 224-8300.
