Foster Billy Richardson, 66, of Pine Bluff, died August 23, 2010. Services will be Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Altheimer by Rev. Cecil Roberts at 12 noon. Burial will be in Altheimer Community by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
