John Charles "Payne" Lowery Sr., 49, passed away Thursday November 18, 2010. Preceded in death by his daughter Nateria. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Frances Lowery, children; Shalonda, Anesha, and John Lowery Jr., siblings Joe Wicker, Aamos, Michael, Kenneth and Manzie Lowery Jr., Timothy Thomas, Christine Bones, Charlene Lee, Jewline Wilbon, Wanda Knight, and host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services are tomorrow, 11 a.m., at Shiloh B.C., 1200 Hanger St. The family will receive friends today from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
