Marion E. Jackson, 60, of Little Rock passed away December 3, 2010. She was born February 18, 1950 in Coy, AR to Terry and Doris Wolfolk Thomas. She graduated Philander Smith College and began her career as an educator with the Little Rock School District specializing in early childhood. Marion was baptized as a dedicated witness of Jehovah in 1973 and faithfully carried out her ministry. Survivors include her husband, Franklin Jackson, son, Reginald Wofford and wife Cheryl of New Edinburg, Ark., daughters, Tamblyn Jackson and Monica Jackson both of Little Rock, parents Terry and Doris Thomas, brothers; Aulden Thomas and wife Benita of Little Rock, Ark., Vernon Thomas and wife Sandra of Little Rock, and Gary Thomas of Atlanta, Ga., sisters; Linda Thomas Jones of Houston, Texas, Terrie Faye Henderson of Woodson, Ark., Deborah Johnson and husband Rowland of Clearwater, Fla., Sheila Stalling and husband Freddy of Sweet Home, and Vonda Thomas of Atlanta, Ga., grandchildren; Kheri Ayers of Little Rock, Genice Wofford and Reginald Wofford Jr. of New Eddinburg, Ark. as well as a host of Cousins nieces and nephews as well as two uncles. Visitation will be Friday December 10, 2010 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 2119 Wolfe St., Little Rock. Interment will be in Elm lawn Cemetery.
