Joan C. Hunting

Joan C. Hunting, 73, of North Little Rock passed away, Saturday, December 18th, 2010 at UAMS. She enjoyed traveling the globe with her family, introducing them to new places and experiences. Her interests included scuba diving in the Caribbean, annual trips to Disney World, and walking through museums in Europe. Joan worked as the payroll manager for the Arkansas Employment Security Division where she retired after 14 years. Survivors include her husband of 51 years Robert Hunting, two children Tom Hunting and Karen Ashcraft, and four grandchildren Sean, Trevor, Jessica and Christina. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., today in the chapel of Griffin Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, (501) 835-3515.
